The Parent Trap 2015

Over 460 people, ranging from the age of 5 years old, took part in Brass Monkey’s 2015 Parent Trap. The 5k course, situated around Knockhill Racing Circuit in Fife, was challenging for the children and rewarding for the adults who followed their child every step of the way.

Cargo nets, tyres, spider’s webs and slaloms were followed by hay bales, various inflatable obstacles and of course the parent traps themselves. Smiles remained on faces throughout the event but the laughs which were had at the traps could be heard all around the venue. With various coloured buckets of water at their disposal, the children soon found out why they had been carrying their water pistols from the start line and the adults soon found out there was no way of getting out of a good old soaking.

What was obvious about Parent Trap was the fact that smiles, laughs and free t-shirts were the theme of the day and almost immediately after finishing there was an eagerness to open registration for 2016.
